Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williamsburg Colonial

Disappointed in the room, "breakfast" and everything.

The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. We reserved a mobility accessible room but she wanted to put us in a regular room. Had to argue with her to get the accessible room we needed. Had to wait for the maids to clean the room. The room had no coffee maker. Requested one but did not get it until the next day. The room had a double bed instead of a queen which had been reserved. Went down for breakfast at 7:00 but lobby locked. Did not open until 7:30. Very sparse breakfast.

So dirty that you cant sleep in it. Very disappointing

The room wasn’t as clean as one would like. Stains and mirror was super dirty. The chair and seat covers are mismatched. Yuck. Shower has black mold rim. Yuck

Staff was not super friendly and room was okay. Bathroom was dirty and had pee on toilet when we arrived. No toilet paper in bathroom

Dirty rooms and outdated. Carpet should be remove even the nonsmoke room still smell like smoke and just old moldy, most likely coming from old nasty carpet. Mold ceiling specially in the shower room. Stained bed sheets. Dirty furniture. Loud AC unit.

Staff was great. Room was dirty

Had bed bugs

It’s clean and safe and better than I’ve been in before. I would tell all to,stay here. Just wish there was a garbage can near me as I’m disabled and can’t walk.
