The hotel staff is excellent and exceeds in all aspects of the hospitality profession. They even assisted me after I got locked out of my car so that I could have the best possible help and was able to get to my job quickly. I can’t thank them enough for the help that I received.

This is a solid Hyatt place. The highlight for us was the warm, accommodating staff. Special shout out to Olga at the front desk who figured out a few quirks in our reservation and made it a seamless experience. If you plan to work out, think again. The gym is tiny. Basically 3 treadmills and a bench. And the area around the hotel is just so-so.

We stay here quite a few times throughout the year, and each and every time, it gets better and better! Hands down best hotel on the East End of Long Island - highly recommend! Super friendly staff, clean environment, lots of peaceful ambiance! The amenities are quaint and ideal and the little activities throughout the town are always a hit! Cannot wait to come back for a stay again!

Overall a good property, especially for the value. Room was big, clean and location is convenient. It can be a little noisy if there's an event going on and parking requires using the lot across the street. Bathrooms within the rooms are a little dated.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times now in the last few years. Always has met or exceeded to my expectations. Just a great location to visit both forks of the East End.

What a wonderful relaxing stay and warm welcome from the front desk who were always gracious and cheery. The hotel rooms are spacious and the river view rooms outstanding. It is a great place to stay for business or just relaxing.We have been coming here for years. Restaurants are close by snd easy access for trips to the wineries and Greenport.
