Last minute decision to stay here the night before my daughters' gymnastics competition at JCC. The city of Jamestown doesn't have the greatest reputation so we were a bit hesitant. Glad we made the decision. Clean facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast. Hotel area is nice with food and drink options close. Very happy with our stay.

It was like having a studio apartment. Very helpful staff. The lighting in the room could be a little brighter, especially by the couch. That's all.

Arrived at hotel to be told the key card system was not working so we would have to be let in and out of our room and building. After getting to room my two kids wanted to swim and we were told because keys didn’t work that we couldn’t swim… we checked in at 3 and weren’t given access to pool until 7pm, and still had no keys to our room. Once given keys hours later I went outside at 3am go smoke and got into building with key but not my room. I am very dissatisfied with my stay and would honestly like to be refunded as I paid to stay here, couldn’t use the facilities for over 4 hours after checkin or get keys. And not happy at all

Our high school team staffed here for a hockey tournament. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Sharon on the evening/ night staff was so kind to our team. The rooms, lobby and banquet rooms were comfortable. Parking and location was great. Hope to return again.

The staff could not have been anymore accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely recommend. The rooms were clean and near it all. Again, staff was incredible. If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay, this is it.

This is the third time I stay here. It's clean, pool is clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is wonderful!
We had a small issue with the shower head but it was taken care of.
Will definitely stay here again when in Jamestown

The staff was great. However, our room had a view of a concrete wall and a very outdated shower (the rest of the bathroom was nice). The breakfast on Sunday morning was scrambled eggs and hard cold biscuits, with sausage gravy. I felt we overpaid for the room.
