The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the hotel was a bit noisy. I was on the third floor and heard a lot of road noise from the street down below. I would still stay there again next time I travel to Grand Rapids.

We booked a block of 25 rooms for our son's wedding at this hotel. We were very, very pleased with the rooms, the comments from our guests about the plentiful and restocked breakfast each day and the price. Jasmine, the Director of Sales was very helpful, polite, efficient and friendly. We dropped off "welcome gift bags" for each of the rooms and she personally made sure they were delivered. I called many times with questions and Jasmine always took the time to help. We arranged for bus transportation and the hotel graciously provided details to our guests when they asked for information. The weekend was exceptional and we thank all of the staff for their care and attention to details.

Great location and super clean hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Only downside is the pool is quite small for a large group.
