Le Roi Jammu - Near Jammu Railway Station

If you wanted to catch train for **rrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the ***ager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

50% Amount paid in Advance. Train Cancelled from Delhi to Jammu so, we come from Bus, same inform by him we will reach hotel at next day 5 am. but Hotel ***ger told us paid full money in advance. so we are traveling in bus & in Jammu only post paid Sim work we told him we have paid balance money at morning but ***ager told us pay full money in advance. so its very shock moment.

No one gave the full clarity if needed to extend the stay, also the staff behaviour is very rude with the guest.

Property location is very good after exit from rly station right side. Very good and easy for travel too. Rooms are very good, excellent foods and hygiene

Highly recommended overall very good stay it's close to the railway station, the food and bar has good and supportive staff.

Location of hotel is inside jammu railway station premises. If you have ***y luggage then don't go for this hotel as taxis are not allowed to go to the hotel door. Infrastructure is good but very slow in attending the complains.

The stay was great, staff was cooperative, cleanliness were maintained at all times. Good vibes at hotel. Good food too at the in house restraunt. Totally recommend.
