hi all, this the time, to write about this hotel as i felt amazing experience here , lovely view in Jammu all across the hotel. and really nice food , I eat .friendly staff member. very courteous to handle all problem & given solutions. definitely would love to visit again here .

Nothing is good about this place . Just an average hotel which should be categorised in 2 star rating . 1. Check in - reached at 8 pm and no one was there for luggage and for car park . When I enquired hotel staff told me that I should park wherever I gets the place. 2. Room - Average . No kettle is provided . When I asked for one , they provided one which you can’t use. No green tea . Wardrobes are stinking . Shower is too slow . Half of the TV channels are not working 3. WiFi- Erratic . It keeps dropping. Mobile network is also poor so you keep struggling for WiFi . 4. Breakfast - I have not eaten such pathetic food anywhere . Only poori Subji and egg with beans . Pooris were soaked in oil . Vegetable all spicy and oily . 5. Checkout- i am very sure staff thinks that all guests are staying free so they don’t help you in any thing . You clear your bill , get your stuff and moves out . They will keep standing and talking . Suggestion- please get some professional staff . Looks like they do not want to work and spoiling the image of property . Please improve wardrobe , basic amenities provided . Hire good cook . If you are providing limited options , not a problem but ensure at least they are properly made. Only good thing is lawn and view from outside . Not recommended at all at this cost.

It was my first visit in hari palace during my first wedding night. And i wanna thanks to the reception staff they have made my special day and upgraded my room ***** with welcome drinks on arrival. And also enjoyed the food in open area.. best location in entire jammu

We had a wonderful stay there this time as am a frequent traveller for this property. The front office staff was exceptionally professional and kind as they provide me a smooth check in and check out at the hotel and understand my needs during my whole stay.The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected from them. Wish them good luck and looking forward to stay in this property again 🙂.

Excellent staff awesome hospitality amazing property this was the third consecutive year we visited this place best experiece. Staff is gr8 the river view is gr8 live music was gr8 we look forward to come again
