The rooms and bathrooms were of substandard. The towels presented were of not standard quality in fact the condition was such that a 2 star hotel would have provided better towels i believe. Food quality was very good. Reception and staffs were very gentle but the property is not worth staying.

The hotel ambience is excellent, food is very delicious, rooms are cozy and well maintained. The staff is courteous. Overall the hotel stay is very comfortable.

Property location is excellent, it is easily accessible and close to city centre, however, the food wasn't great.

very nice food we tried food at Atithi restaurant , every staff was nice to talk to , food quality was very nice , haryali sabji (i think) was nice, butter chicken was too good overall worth visiting for food
