Mid range hotel - great place to stay when travelling with family while in Dwarka. Clean rooms, average Linen, polite staff - all worked for us. What really stood out was the outstanding location that this property has. its like right ON the beach and the walkway thats been built on the shore.. one can walk and soak in all the beauty in the evening / morning... and come night there is a light house that keeps you engaged all through. This was a total surprise for us - and we loved it and spent a good 1 hour just sitting and enjoying the breeze and the streak of light from the light house. Go ahead and book this hotel and you will have a great vacation in addition to the holy darshan.

Great family hotel.Loved it's location and hospitality. Staff is very polite.Food was great. Architect work is good.Very positive vibes. Very quite and pleasant vicinity. Food was also good. Very good for couple and family .Stay was memorable .

It was an amazing experience. The Sea view from room was amazingly beautiful. Food was Hygiene. Service was best. The staff was very understanding and helpful. They had very good understanding of local surrounding and famous travelling places. Have no regrets.

This is the 3rd time I stayed at Lords. It offers the Best Sea view rooms, the staff is very co operative, and had good breakfast as well. If you are looking for good hotel at good rate, consider this as one stop solution.

This one's an ECO version of Lords Inn group and the difference is clearly visible, we also stayed at Lords Inn Somnath and our stay was superior in every regards. Overall our stay was peaceful and rooms are functional as well. Reception Girl (sorry forgot her name) and ***ager were very helpful and accommodating to all our requests, they also obliged and upgraded one of our rooms free of cost as we had a kid and an infant with us. Restaurant & Housekeeping staff are very helpful, courteous and quick too! Buffet breakfast was great too on spread and taste fronts. Few small issues we faced were... 1. Bathrooms are a bit small and dated 2. Dinner buffet was not value for money and could have more items and better taste. Overall we had a good family stay and would not mind staying again.

Very bad service and unprofessional staff.Hot water not coming after check in and next day morning.TV was not working.Non of the issues were resolved.Staff not helpful.Inspite of reminding them 3-4 times the issue was not resolved.Front office ***ager assured wont be an issue but after that also issue arised.No updates from anyone.After reminding 3-4 times finally they gave 1 bucket of hot water which took them more than an hour.Spoke to GM next day but just a waste of time.Breakfast was not good.Would never come again or recommend to others.

Great place to stay with your family and friends. I stayed with my family and everyone loved the rooms and ambience was also great. If you are planning to stay in the city, this should be your first choice among all the options. The amenities provided elevated the overall experience.

1. The only saving grace is the staff in the restaurant "Coriander" 2. Food is extremely spicy 3. Rooms are really old with soiled linen 4. Location is okay in the sense that the ocean is visible. In case you check in somewhat late, you will be allotted a lower floor which affords the view of the parking with the front desk apprently employing pitbulls 5. In case you're travelling with senior citizens , please do defnitely give it a skip 6. We had requested for a slightly late check-out due to a member of the party being unwell. Yet , we were unceremoniously driven out inspite of no new members checking in 7. For the price they charge, definitely not worth it

Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis.
Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often.
Buffet had very limited food choices.
We will never again stay at this hotel.
