당일 온라인 예약호텔(장흥 그랜드파크)에 친구부부와 도착해 301호key를 주어 방에 가보니 뭔지모를 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났으나
늦게도착하고(22:30)피곤한 친구부부가
그냥 잔다하여 찝찝한 맘으로 집에 와서
다음날 아침 모텔로가는중 다른모텔에서 나오는
친구부부를 보고 영문을 물어보니 내가 가고
바퀴벌레가 보여 도저히 부인이 못잔다하여
다른 모텔에서 자고 나오는중이라 해서 민망하고 도저히 참을수없어 당일 근무중인 사람이 자리에 있어 항의하니자기는 모르는 일이고 다음 예약일은 해약해달라하니 여기선 못한다하고해서 고발한다하니 맘대로해라 오히려 큰소리치고해 심한스트레스와
여행온 친구부부에게는 정말 면목이 없었음.
다른 여행자가 이용하면 똑같은 불쾌일을 겪을것 같아 시정차원에서도 개선이 필요함.
아직 Trip.com과 관할 지자체에 알리지 못하고
있었는데 먼저 사용후기를 제출함.
개인적으로 온라인으로 편하게 이용하려다 엉터리 모텔을 소개받아 망신을 겪었고 이용도못한 2박요금도 회수를 못했고 현재는
진심으로 Trlp.com을 이용한것이 후회가됨
전적으로 개선이 필요함을 체험으로 느꼈습니다.
