This is a lovely, reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was a nice size. Breakfast is made to order but there was also some fresh cut fruit. You serve yourself coffee or tea and there’s milk and sugar available. They also arranged for a coffee tour and transportation was provided. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel tiene buenas habitaciones y esta ubicado entre un cerro y el río Caldera, lo que lo hace fresco incluso en días calidos. Lo único malo es que para llegar a las habitaciones en el primer alto hay que usar escaleras y no lo recomiendo si llevan maletas grandes y pesadas, o personas con dificultad para caminar.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable y servicial mi estancia fue muy agradable, el chico de la recepción un poco lento nada que no se pueda mejorar claro con un poco de entrenamiento pero la mejor es Priscila ella es excelente, si quieres tours o actividades por realizar ella te puede agendar lo que quieras. Es un hotel céntrico puedes caminar para llegar a otros restaurantes, muy limpio, el desayuno no tiene muchas opciones pero no es malo, la habitación muy bonita y aseada, hermosa la naturaleza que lo rodea lo super recomiendo!

Besides being conveniently located, the staff (Rodrigo and Marian) were just wonderful and helpful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also nice.

Property is well taken care of, has a restaurant and bar, is walkable to town and the room was clean. The room had a nice balcony facing the street. Perfect for a one night stay.
