Super recomendo a estadia. Hotel elegante com excelente atendimento do começo ao fim. Cama super confortável. Chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã completo e tudo delicioso. Tinha o leite vegetal que eu costumo tomar, de excelente marca. Localização perfeita. Estão de parabéns!!! Iremos voltar!!!

Experiencia estressante, cobrança adicional em dois quartos que reservei. Estacionamento cobrado por dia. Não há agua no frigobar e acham isso normal, pegue no bar. Controle do ar não funciona, restaurante com evento não serve lanches, janta...uma pena!

Fiquei no hotel para uma viagem de negócios, foi tudo ótimo. Limpeza, café da manhã, estacionamento também são muito bons. O atendimento é impecável e muito rápido. Sem dúvidas é uma das melhores opções de Ribeirão Preto, recomendo muito.

Muito despreparados e amadores para atender em alta demanda, filas kilometricas para um café desabastecido, nao tinha aonde sentar, reposiçao nao dava conta, falta de agua na madrugada, chocolates vencidos no frigobar, péssima experiência
