This hotel is a joke. We arrived all the way there just to be told that it's closed?! No support provided at all. No communication. We had to find our own way to the other hotel. Can't not be trusted at all. I requested for support to be transferred to the other hotel, but they provided zero support. Absolutely a joke!

Good hotel near to airport... Stayed just 1 night for an official trip. Low price and good staff. They offered us free breakfast even though it was not included in our package which we purchased from an OTA.

Having arrived very late in Jeddah this hotel was an excellent solution being close to the airport. We parked the car in the easily accessible garage and next to the hotel there is a petrol station (in Jeddah they don't usually give cars with full tanks). At the reception they were kind while we didn't have breakfast (not included in the room price) because we had to leave early. Good room and bathroom with Wifi service.Very good value for money if you need a hotel near Jeddah airport.
