Hotel Radisson Blu Al Salam Jeddah is not a 5 stars hotel as listed in your App, hardly can be classified as 3 stars and doesn’t reflect an international hotel standards. It just looks like a local brand apar**ent rooms setup. It doesn’t not deserve the amount of money offered at, at most the standard room that I had booked at about SAR 600, it deserves only SAR 250 comparison to similar rooms at other hotels. Besides staff are not professional or cooperative.

The hotel management canceled the reservation minutes before the expected arrival time and refused to contact me to find out the reasons and find solutions, which forced me to communicate with the hotel management internationally, who graciously resolved the issue in minutes.

This is the hotel I used during my stopover. Even though it was an early morning flight on the day of check-out, it was nice that they allowed me to use the lobby and stored my luggage.
