Wonderful high-end services and special breakfast, wonderful hospitality, friendly staff and reception service available 24/7, very comfortable bed, cleanliness, attention and special care for customers, and the strategic location is close to all services, where malls, restaurants and services are available, upscale in the sense of the word..

The attitude of the receptionist is not good and totally unacceptable. The room that was provided to me was not in good condition. In the bathroom, in particular, the water was not flowing and was coming upside down continuously. After receiving the room, I went to the receptionist within 20 minutes to request a change of room due this reason. The woman became angry with me and instructed me to remain in the room. This ruin my entire day and I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or families.

The worst experience in my life, no staff at all, only 1 arrogant lady at the reception treat everyone as a workers to her. Very small room and uncomfortable beds at all. Unclean toilet, we got infected from it. Overall experience is 1/10 and this 1 for the pullman only (kind guys) try to help us but afraid from the lady as well. It’s a strong warning to the management you can lose your inves**ent by this unprofessional way with guests

We stayed for 2 nights. The first night the fire alarm was on while I was putting my baby to sleep. Everything suddenly dark and huge noise , my baby got scared. Then, 3h later again the same thing, the fire alarm on for almost an hour. Also the reception is not helpful. I did a deposit to buy food and I ask for the return while leaving and they said the accountant wasn’t there and I was leaving to the airport. I had to insist to have my money back 😫😫😫The place is not well managed!
