I had a confirmed booking with them for February. 02 days before my arrival date they sent me a mail cancelling my booking saying they are fully booked. I am unable to understand how they can cancel a confirmed booking and sell the room to someone else.

I was impressed the hotel is up to standard including complete amenities. However, it lacks some fine touches. I will state in Pros & Cons below: Pros: - Excellent breakfast - Clean and easy to find as well as parking - Convenient elevators no waiting - 24 hours room service - Friendly staff Cons: - Very long check in process. More training is needed for staff. - Do not use credit card for deposit preferably cash or you will have a hard time getting refund - No magnified shaving mirror. No desk lamp and not enough power sockets - Water pressure is very weak - No iron board I hope to see the enhancement on my next visit to the hotel.

Frankly speaking, a wonderful stay, excellent cooperation from all those present, and a very excellent price. I expect that if this service continues, it will outperform many of the large, well-known hotels. I hope to continue this approach.
