Stayed at WA Qasr Al Sharq for a short business trip. The hotel is fantastic, very well appointed and maintained. The personnel is professional, attentive and discrete in the same time. A special mention for Jonathan, the butler assigned to my suite, and Abdullah from front desk who swiftly made some arrangements for my early departure. Highly recommended!

By far the most luxurious hotel on the corniche and town. Opulent and luxurious on all levels with personalised service and efficient staff. The team was at all times friendly, helpful and forthcoming. There is a good selection of restaurants available.

Room dining is very fast and food coming hot , very good cleaning , housekeeping did cleaning twice, very nice smell in hotel , it’s a place really , I’ll repate my staying inshalla, I like the mosque locted next to the hotel we pray just waking distance

I ‘ve traveled to 146 countries, stayed at numerous WA in the world. So far this is the most beautiful hotel interior I ‘ve seen. Hotel manager kind enough to show me the entire hotel, service is the best! Highly recommended 👍🏻

Beautiful hotel but more beautiful of people in the hotel. Everyone so helpful and friendly. Abudullah who checked me was so helpful and outstanding person. Never in my life meet someone like him in my over 500 hotel reviews. Outstanding room worth the stay. Come to meet Abudullah Taj Mahal of the hotel.

I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for three nights to come and see the boxing the room was spotless and could not be folded the staff at the hotel are all very helpful, you go across to the Hilton for breakfast one minute walk, The manager in the big gentleman was ever so helpful and also the staff Are a credit to the hotel both hotels

This hotel is billed as 5 star and did not disappoint. From start to finish, could not fault our 2 night stay. Staff: polite, attentive, excellent customer service from all Room: clean, very comfortable. Luxurious furnishings and soft furnishings. OSN TV channels. Luxury complimentary toiletries. Lovely bath and separate shower. Most comfortable bed ever - slept like a baby! Room service: Although expensive, quality of food excellent Location: right on Jeddah waterfront Parking: free and plentiful Would definitely return

The rooms, the service is amazing. Clean hotel, quiet rooms, beautifully decorated. Attentive staff. With a big BUT. With such high prices, and beautiful accommodations the quality of food must match. Dine-in room service is extremely expensive, considering the food was of lesser quality and taste than in a regular fast food restaurant. It was very disappointing.
