Sheraton Jeddah Hotel

Rubbish, so far, I have stayed at the most rubbish Sheraton. The staff at the front desk are not service at all, and their attitude is simply irritating😡😡😡. I was assigned a room facing the trash can when I checked in. It was said that Ctrip has such a room. I I didn’t accept it. I was willing to pay extra to upgrade my room. I couldn’t make it on the same day. They promised to change my room the next day. But when I went to see them the next day, they acted like it was nothing. They said I had to wait for the manager to call me, but there was no one at night. He didn't give me any news and went to the front desk again and said he couldn't get through my phone. I was speechless. I gave it up and it was already 2 nights. I knew that **** would sometimes stop the room card. I specifically asked if the room card could be used. He was very Of course it works, but I couldn't even get into the elevator, so I went back to look for him. When I got to the front desk, he told me that it was because I put the card with my phone. I didn't care, and I believed him. When I left the room and took another card, it turned out to be invalid again. I was really speechless. When it was time to check out, I asked for a list, not an invoice. I was told to wait. After waiting for 5 minutes, I asked when it would be ready. Then he told me with a look of disgust, no, you can download it on the APP, I~~~really~~~

There was a humming noise in the room, probably from the air conditioner. Everything else is fine

The room is very satisfactory, the security is very good

The hotel gave us the worst room we booked from you guys.
