The room is very good, close to the supermarket and the King's Fountain. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Jeddah. There were some minor incidents during check-in, but they were well resolved with the help of Ctrip customer service. Ctrip customer service is really enthusiastic and efficient. I booked and paid in advance. big problem coming as I checked in hotel people who said NO ROOM asked me to stay another hotel ... how come ??????
I also want to complain Trip.com what's protection to guest who is booking is surely confirm ALL are no problem when I arrive to hotel?????
I go for business trip many mant times it's first time to let me disappointed and terrible.
