Overall a clean property. I was traveling with my mom who has arthritis - convenience for an elderly with health issues was something we were looking for. The facility has elevator so that was a plus. However, the bathroom in our room did not have handrails, not to mention, no shower curtain or door - it was a half glass shower area which caused water to splash outside of the shower area, which made things very unsafe. Free breakfast was a plus as we had just landed in the country and were jetlagged and exhausted with the travel - food options were great. If you are traveling with an elderly or someone with health restrictions, I would suggest researching another property.

Very cozy hotel, clean, tidy, very varied and delicious buffet breakfast included. Reception staff very friendly and polite, they made every effort to communicate with me, since my English is still very basic. And Saudi Arabia's language is Arabic. I was very delighted with this hotel, and looking forward to returning. And very happy to be the first Chilean guest.

The property was under renovations and it had a strong smell of cigarettes. Breakfast was nice, though, and we arrived just in time to catch it (closing at 11am). Staff was not super friendly, and refused to call us a taxi on the way back to the airport.

I thank you for the cooperation of the receptionist in making the quick reservation without a prior appoin**ent. I only have notes regarding the cleanliness of the room and maintenance. The bathroom door does not close. There are gum residues on the bedside table. There are peels of alfalfa pulp under the bed. The dining hall employee (Jorge) is cooperative, and I do not know the reason for the disappearance of some Items such as (pancakes) served on days 9 and 10. In general, breakfast is good compared to the price of 30 riyals per person.
