It’s an old hotel…rooms need renovations although I stayed in a suite

We stay here frequently for business reasons, when you enter the room you will feel like you are at your grandmother's house :) The hum of the air conditioner motor in the room never goes away or the sound of water dripping is always there. It is forbidden to open windows, the rooms are never ventilated, the restaurant chefs are always smiling and greetings, thanks to him. The dry cleaning service brings it back to pristine condition, and repairs the missing parts every day. There are shuttle services to the beach and the shopping center. Crew lounge room services are good. Gyms are spacious. If you have long hair, definitely go with your blow dryer, as the blow dryers in the room are left for decoration.

Moreover, this apparently happens every month on the day of payment, hundreds of hotel guests sit without communication. Also at breakfast, under the guise of coffee from a coffee machine, they give you terrible instant coffee, which makes your stomach hurt - this is somehow shameful for a four-star hotel. Also, in many rooms there are problems with adjusting the air conditioners; it is very difficult to set a comfortable temperature. We ask the hotel management to pay attention to these problems.

After a problem with the airport transfer (original pickup a no show and 2.5 hour wait) the check in around 4am went well. The room was nice as was breakfast. The staff made change for me so i could pay for the transfer back to the airport.

Nive clean hotel. Complete all necessary amenities i needed. Very unique interior. Though location a bit at the quiet side of Jeddah. Staffs all good. Check in process not ao bad. The aircond abit funny though. Overall i have a good day at the hotel
