The staff and hotel were excellent overall...the breakfast was quite satisfactory...Room service fast and excellent...the only comment about the pool as the water was exceptionally cold and this prevented the kids from fully enjoying their time ...otherwise everything was quite good.

Quiet laid back Hotel. Big room. Relatively new bedding and towels. Nice design. There was a Microwave in the room which was surprising. Still a bit pricy for what is actually offered. Breakfast was good. The Wifi connection in the room was horrible which was really annoying , and they don't seem to be bothered about fixing it as they just send a worker to reset the router. Propably because it's not an issue for the mostly Saudi guests who already have their Data service, but if you are a visitor you will struggle with this.

The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially for visitors to the nearby Philippine Consulate General, Jeddah, which is just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a restful stay. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall good service throughout my visit. Considering the affordability and proximity to key offices and services, this hotel is a practical and reliable choice for travelers with appointments in this area. All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!
