The hotel has a strong smell of dampness, which is very uncomfortable. The location is average. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. It is not very convenient to get in and out.

I arrived from Makkah were I had an awful experience and stay at the hotel Marriott Courtyard (very dirty and I got an asthma crisis because of that, an horrible one). At our arrival at the Movempick hotel, Mr Abdelrahman, the responsable in the lobby for the reservation without knowing my story but, certainly by seeing my state, upgrade discretely my reservation. It was a beautiful and spacious room. Exactly what my husband and I needed 🥰 at this time. A very warmly Thank you.. you will find it on your way inchallah. Regarding the hotel, it is very clean, very professional and friendly staff. The only missing points: a spa , a sauna and a bigger swimming pool ( it was a children swimming pool ) . Thank you 🙏
