The staff on day of check in: the ladies at the front desk are wonderful, especially Stephanie, who did a variety of tasks that I'm sure are not in her job description. The maintenance lady must have been having a really bad day, in mid sentence, trying to have a civil conversation, she gets up and leaves in a huff but does return to complete the task at hand.... whatever. Now Saturday must be bring your kids to work day, plus no housekeeping other than once a week. For $130/night, I'm sorry, I'm not taking out my own garbage! And they ran out of coffee cups in the lobby for free coffee. There are certain things to be expected in a hotel stay and certain things that are unacceptable. Attitudes towards paying guests, not having cups for coffee, taking out your own garbage and hallways that desperately need to be vacuumed, along with the rooms! And not very clean, musty stale smell......
