Empfang durch Frau Kathaleen sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ein Genuss. Zimmer sehr groß. Betten bequem. Frisch duftende Bettwäsche. Großes Fenster. AC arbeitet gut. Frühstück a la card. Tische und Boden sind klebrig, obwohl nur 3 Gäste anwesend sind. Es dauert sehr lange bis das Essen gebracht wird. Es ist zudem nur lauwarm, vollgezogen mit Fett - nicht bekömmlich.

Check in was smooth. Room was spacious and clean but remote did not work for TV.
We Planned to get a drink And watch Basketball game in bar and grill but it was closed, so we decided to go to hot tub which was not working.
All in all a very disappointing experience!

Very nice, but we were bumped out of the king suite we had reserved and paid for. We were given a handicap accessible double bed suite instead with no offer of any discount or apology.
