Very helpful front desk. Great last minute booking although air conditioning/heating unit was completely broken off the wall and small spiders in the bathroom.

Older and needs updated. Elevators are fast and efficient. Rooms vary. Mine was pretty good, but some of my friends' rooms had plumbing issues. Another's blow dryer was broken. First day breakfast, they were out of everything at 8 AM.... even coffee. We had to go elsewhere. I checked back at 10 AM when breakfast was over, and they had plenty, but the restaurant was empty of guests. Front desk employees were friendly, kind, and helpful.

We gathered with family and friends for a wedding with plenty of space for everyone to be together. The service and rooms were fine for our weekend and not pricy. Good location. Needs some updating but was clean. Has a nice bar area and breakfast that is great for gathering.

Very strong smell of ********* throughout the entire fifth floor was so strongly almost asked to move rooms. The AC didn’t really work at all, no matter what it was set at the one saving Grace was the window opened, and I got to have a lot of fresh air, although that also let in the smell of ********* that I believe people were blowing out their windows, and it was getting into my room even worse so I had to close the window

Stay was booked for four with a King bed and sofa bed. No sheets, blankets, or pillows were in the room for sofa bed. Bathroom only had two towels. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us the missing items. As stated in other reviews, pool was barely heated. The water was pretty cold. The indoor pool was the reason this hotel was chosen so that was disappointing. Breakfast was good but options for small children were slim. Elevator to garage was out of order. Overall a decent stay but less than we hoped for.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool was wonderful. The rooms could use a little makeover. One bed had a bed skirt so the box frame was a little scary, the other one had a bed skirt but it wasn't put on properly and was beyond wrinkled so it stood out like a sore thumb. But I will say the lady that checked us in that night was very pleasant and polite! Definitely plan on returning but will ask for a higher floor for a better view, 2nd floor room 222 view was of the roof.

Internet issues caused problems checking in, but staff was great about finding a remedy. I wished there was a mini fridge in my room. TV said I could chromecast but I could never get it to work or find anything on tv since the guide didn't work either, so I tried reading, but there wasn't a lamp on my night stand so I had to try to move the floor lamp and then strained to use that light. It was convenient for my conference and clean but definitely not a luxury hotel.
