Hotel manager has amazing hospitality and always willing to help guests no matter the issue. Very quite place other guests are very respectful as well. Very cheap compared toother hotel properties in jefferson city. Would reccomened to anyone

Not sure why the desk clerk is allowed to watch TV in the lobby along with a blanket and feet kicked up when customers are coming to the property. This had the appearance of being in someone's personal livingroom. I actually thought it was a guest until she went behind the desk.
Not professional look for the hotel even though she was very kind.

The rooms are nicely updated. The only item that kept from earning a perfect score is that the heater unit was struggling to keep the room comfortable.

Excellent value for the rate. Clean, carpet seemed new, full Direct TV channels, good quality mattress. No breakfast, but several options in the immediate area.
