The location was literally less than mile from where I needed to be. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super nice!! The only problems we had was figuring out which tv was in our room to connect to and the electric kicked off on us in the whole room once. Other than that, nice place to stay. Definitely will keep them in mind if we need a room in Louisville again.

Overpriced for the room and amenities. The pillows on the bed were the size of our heads and room was really small. Everytime the AC kicked on the fan would rattle the entire time. The continental breakfast was ok, but how do you have instant oatmeal and not have hot water? Positive: the room and bathroom were clean. The front desk ladies were nice too.

While the hotel seems a big hidden, it adds to it being a quiet gem. It's near restaurants and highways, but not next to them. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a pleasure as each day had a different menu. We highly recommend this hotel!

Lindsey & Eric went above and beyond to make our dream vacation to the 150th Kentucky Derby extra special. From a welcome letter in the hotel room accompanied with 150th Kentucky Derby glasses and a bottle of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, to a foam mattress for comfort, snacks after the day's events, special souvenir photos commemorating the event, and so much more! True Southern Hospitality and Best Customer Service EVER at a hotel!

Stayed a single night for a local bowling tournament that occurs every year. Picked this hotel over others due to their distance from the ally and having breakfast. Sunday breakfast was labeled as 7a-10a, made our way down before 9 only to find most things already gone due to a baseball team also staying. Managed to get some sort of omelette thing and yogurt and in the 30 mins we took to eat, nothing was refilled. The room was ok but really bummed over not getting the full options of the breakfast.

The hotel smells like a mixture of urine and cigarettes. My toilet was cracked, tile missing from the wall. Pillows are lumpy and smell. Towels are old and worn. Bed was hard. The shower water pressure was terrible. Overall the room was is poor condition. And I got all this for $900 per night!!!!

The room was clean, however The light / vent in the bathroom was extremely loud, sounds like the event is about to go out. Then the air vent under the sink was not attached to the wall and we had spiders crawling around on the sink. Finally we had a king size bed with four very small pillows. Little square pillows for a king size bed made sleeping uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillows and maybe a nice blanket.
