The location was literally less than mile from where I needed to be. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super nice!! The only problems we had was figuring out which tv was in our room to connect to and the electric kicked off on us in the whole room once. Other than that, nice place to stay. Definitely will keep them in mind if we need a room in Louisville again.

Overpriced for the room and amenities. The pillows on the bed were the size of our heads and room was really small. Everytime the AC kicked on the fan would rattle the entire time. The continental breakfast was ok, but how do you have instant oa**eal and not have hot water? Positive: the room and bathroom were clean. The front desk ladies were nice too.

The hotel smells like a mixture of urine and cigarettes. My toilet was cracked, tile missing from the wall. Pillows are lumpy and smell. Towels are old and worn. Bed was hard. The shower water pressure was terrible. Overall the room was is poor condition. And I got all this for $900 per night!!!!

The room was clean, however The light / vent in the bathroom was extremely loud, sounds like the event is about to go out. Then the air vent under the sink was not attached to the wall and we had spiders crawling around on the sink. Finally we had a king size bed with four very small pillows. Little square pillows for a king size bed made sleeping uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillows and maybe a nice blanket.

A nice Best Western location, but severely overpriced the first night of our stay! It was a “full house” and $200 for the room next to laundry/housekeeping was outlandish. It’s easily accessible from the highway and tucked back behind other commercial properties, so it is quiet. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the front desk manager was great! Friendly, caring and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was standard fare- pancakes and waffles are both available. Though the eggs and warm foods were lukewarm and a microwave is not available in the breakfast room. There is a small pool and fitness center and plenty of parking is available.

Stayed for a local sporting event. Hotel smelled like stale cigarettes, very dirty, and not kept up. Stains on the sheets, rooms smelled musty, and cords exposed under the air/furnace unit. Breakfast was not appealing- but decent enough.

We booked a room for the indoor pool for our kids to enjoy. After booking and arriving we found pool was closed due to chemical machine broke.. they said we would get some money refunded.. checked out the 10th, of December. Today is the 27th. Havent seen refund.. we did book through expidea.
