Motel staff was friendly But the motel in general wasn’t the cleanest ever. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and in the lobby area, but they were not guests, they appeared to be loitering. The hallway smelled very strongly of **** and you had to look for a maid for clean towels. Honestly, I would not stay here again.

The hotel looked run down. Heat was not on in room at all when I got there. It was 3 degrees outside. Room super small, barely enough room to walk around bed. No closet or place to hang up clothes. Microwave in the lobby not in room?! Phone dead! Had to go to lobby to get assistance. I decided not to stay at hotel it was not acceptable. Front desk clerk very accommodating and pleasant and canceled my reservation.

I have stayed there many times when I go to Kentucky from Chicago,the room smelled very bad, the bathroom was dirty and I found something unusual in the bathtub, I have photos that I will provide you... I may never stay with you again.

Poorly maintained room. Picture had fallen off the wall and was just lying on the floor. Had to request towels and cups. Rooms were noisy at night. Continental breakfast was very poor. Did not add any value. Front desk clerk, Mike, did a great job.

Rooms are small but clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is kind and accommodating. And, they are pet friendly! Breakfast is included. Muffins, bagels, cereal, bread, coffee, OJ were available each morning. There's a toaster and condiments. Do be aware, a mini-fridge is provided, but the rooms do not have a microwave, coffeemaker or iron. However, there's a microwave available for guest use in the lobby.

Heater didn't work told front desk and they basically lied. Said someone was coming never did, didn't move me, or offer extra blankets. Luckily I had a electric blanket. Then housekeeping was very rude by banging on the door scaring my lady. I gave him a few choice words too. Used to love this place, but if I experience a no heat situation again, with nothing being done about it, I will demand a full refund.
