It was a good mediocre place to stay. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast experience. Missed having a microwave in the room. Aggravated about having to pay to park in their parking lot when staying there.

We loved every part of our stay. Casey made us feel welcome the second we walked in the door, check-in was quick and simple. I've worked in hotels in the past, and front desk agents like the ones at Hyatt Place are few and far between. We had nothing but great experiences the whole time. The pool was the cleanest pool I've ever seen at a hotel, and the area around it was well-maintained. Gorgeous hydrangeas, too. As a former housekeeper, I thoroughly check every room we stay in and this was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. We will be staying there again on our next trip.

Crabby employee at check in. Never mentioned paid parking (my first time using Hyatt) Bed was firm & not saggy however sheets had stains. Low flow shower head that sprayed sideways. Shower handle hard to turn. Eggs at breakfast were cold & runny (around 9am). Oatmeal cold & so thick it would come off spoon.

I was so impressed with how everything and everyone was so welcoming . The room was nice and clean. Even though I was there for work and meetings the trip overall was so relaxing and i feel like it was due to everything running smoothly

Maybe I'm used to higher level Hyatts, but this one was subpar. Room configuration was just weird, carpet was old and musty, no daily maid service, breakfast was awful.

The Hyatt Place was perfect for our stay to visit friends and to attend my aunts funeral. The room was large, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and attended to our needs (sister forgot toothbrush etc.)

The hotel is a short drive away from many local attractions. It is clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. We love the convenient location of the hotel and being so close to many areas to eat.
