We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 6 people and it sleeps 4. They offered us a rollaway but still doesn’t get us to the 6 people we booked for.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The man working the lounge on the 10th floor was rude and seemed bothered to do his job as he was more interested in watching the football game (go Cheifs!!) Rooms and flooring throughout the entire building are in serious need of updating. Toilet paper was only at 1/4 roll and had gotten wet before we arrived

The staff in the hotel and this morning at breakfast were all so helpful and friendly. We stay at a lot of hotels and this is not always the case. Whoever is hiring is choosing very well. Thank you.
