Convenient location in centre of Jeju city. Small but clean rooms. Close to a number of convenient stores and nice restaurants.

Its really wonderfull day stay on this hotel, escpesially with the front desk service, his name is Won..he's very polite in person and smily person, on that day he greet us so warm and provide us ketttle for water boiler when we needed, his english is very well too..compare with other hotel that we stay in jeju this is the best one because of his service like 5 star , thank you Won, you are great person. We will come back again next time. We never forget jeju island. SARANGEEEEE..

I don’t call this a hotel. Totally do not feel safe here. They could barge in your room anytime. There is no internal lock. With announcement to replace insect screen to all rooms they decided to disturb guests. The worker knock the door without waiting for the reply that use the keycard and open the door immediately. With no internal lock what is privacy here. Think of it if you were in the shower and staff barging in. There is no mini fridge in the room. The kitchen area is a small area in-front of the elevator on the ground floor with an old fridge. No shared laundry facilities. Even a hostel and a motel provide more facilities than this. The service was not good. The lady was kind. All the other 3 were male worker. Most of them are Chinese workers. The late shift was a male worker he was not very service minded. I returned two towel in the morning picking up new one at night he turned it into a big deal with 1 towel per day rule. By the end he go annoyed (made the face) and gave me two towel anyway. Staying for 4 nights and asking it once i dont know what was the big deal. Half of the time the receptionist is not at the front desk. Moreover, there is no room service I stayed for 4 nights my room was not clean at all. The hotel also informed guests to bring trash and separate the trash themselves on the first floor. Room smell was a bit moldy. Ionic 5 wouldn’t fit in their elevator parking so we have to park 300m out in a public parking facilities.
