Jeju Bolton Hotel

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean. The best part was its incredibly convenient location; duty-free shops are right across the street, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's perfect for anyone visiting Jeju to shop and eat.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient, right across from Shilla Duty Free. There's even a Haidilao hot pot restaurant inside the hotel! The breakfast spread is excellent, with both Korean and Western options. The rooms are clean, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Facilities: New and well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Located in the most bustling area of the city center, the environment is excellent. Service: Enthusiastic, professional, and very thorough! The Korean-style room is a bit small, but very tidy.

Great location, but the room was small and the facilities were old, especially the curtains. They didn't seal well at all, and I was woken up by the light at 6 AM. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was resolved, so I had to try and fix it myself. After two nights, I decisively switched hotels. The lobby was also tiny. I have no idea where Ctrip's high rating came from.

Great service and delicious breakfast! The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm. Most of the staff spoke Chinese, which was very convenient. The duty-free shop is right across the street, and KFC and Haidilao are next door.

Conveniently located on Hoehyeon-ro, making transportation easy. The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean with a relatively new decor. They offer Chinese-speaking service, and luggage storage was hassle-free. The only downside was the absence of toothbrushes, so I had to buy one from the vending machine downstairs for 2500 KRW.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from Shilla Duty Free and just a short walk to Baojian Road. I had inquired beforehand and was told that two adults and one child couldn't stay in a double room, so I booked a family room. The hotel is relatively new overall, and the hygiene is good. Check-in was very fast. However, there were also many complaints. First, there was only one power outlet near the bed, hidden where you'd have to move the pillow to see it. This meant the plug and wire were right above my head when I slept... Also, the room wasn't big to begin with, but there wasn't a single hook. I didn't know where to hang clothes when showering or where to put used towels. There was also nowhere to hang clothes after washing them. The motion-sensor lights in the hallway are a good way to save electricity, but your room is small, and the sink is right in the hallway. So, while washing my face, the hallway light would suddenly go dim... And the fact that the swimming pool costs extra is... Ugh. Even though it's not much, I could accept it if it were an extra hundred tacked onto the room rate. But having a facility and then charging extra for it is very inconvenient. I even had to run back to my room to get cash. But to be fair, the pool is beautiful, and the water is very warm.

My stay was very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept soundly without any disturbances. The staff were all warm and attentive, always quick to respond to requests. The bathroom facilities were complete and worked well, making daily routines easy. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money, and I had a great stay. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.
