The only good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, with two convenience stores and Shilla Duty Free on the same street. About 99% of the guests are Chinese, and the price is quite reasonable. Facilities: The room facilities are far worse than what you'd find in a 100 RMB hotel back home. There's no air conditioning this season, and I didn't see any ventilation besides being able to open a window if the weather was nice. It was very stuffy. Cleanliness: The room cleanliness was just average. I even found a dried-up dead bug under the pillow! I was so tired when I checked in, it was almost midnight, so I couldn't be bothered to complain to the staff. The soundproofing is terrible. The mini-fridge in the room would randomly make noise, waking me up just as I was falling asleep. There were also constant unidentifiable noises from other sources. Service: There was almost no service. All they did was change the trash bag and leave two bottles of water every day.

The room was well-equipped, and the location was excellent. The only minor issue was a slight drain odor, but everything else was fine. I visited during the May Day holiday, and the room rate was acceptable. It was also quiet for sleeping.

The room was very clean and even came with a universal adapter. On the first day, even though I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, new towels and water were still left outside my door. The staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly, and it seemed like they could even help with taxi bookings. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of options for shopping and dining. Regarding soundproofing, you can hear a little if the neighbors are speaking loudly, but it didn't affect my sleep.
