I booked this hotel because I thought it was brand new, having just opened in 2024, but it turns out it's not that new at all. The bed is small, and the bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, which was the most annoying part for me; the floor gets completely wet after a shower. No one came to clean the room; they said they only clean for stays longer than a week. Also, no one delivered bottled water; I had to go get it myself.

It’s far from七星街 but walkable distance to 保健路. The water will spill out while showering. But worth for money. The staffs are friendly.

Great Location, But Key Issues Need Attention.
**The Bad:**
Unfortunately, several issues impacted our comfort:
1. Construction Noise: Our room faced an active construction site. Work started very early in the morning, which severely disturbed our sleep.
2. Poor Cleanliness: The wardrobe had not been properly cleaned– we found layers of dust and leftover items from previous guests.
3. Damp Towels: Bathroom towels felt damp and had a musty smell, likely from not being dried thoroughly after washing.
4. Uncomfortable Bed: The pillows were overly thick, while the mattress was too soft. This combination caused back and neck pain after few nights sleep.
**The Good:**
1. The location is excellent– very close to the city center, bus stops, and the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
2. Self check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which we appreciated.
