Facilities: Very close to the airport, just a few minutes away. There's a CU convenience store right next to the hotel, perfect for when you arrive. Hygiene: Clean. The room was tidied up daily. Environment: Good. Jeju Airport Transfer (choose one of two): The driver was absolutely excellent! They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but make sure to book in advance! The timing was punctual, and it was a business van, so no worries about feeling cramped! The interior was very clean, and the driver helped with luggage. I highly recommend this place!

I always rate hotels based on their price. This hotel was just over 300 for two nights, so my expectations weren't high. Jeju City isn't big, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's close to both the bustling areas and other hotels. A taxi to the airport at dawn took only ten minutes, and you could even walk there with luggage if you had to. The bus stop is practically right outside the hotel, and there's a CU convenience store next door. The 24-hour self-check-in/check-out is really convenient, and the lobby even has free coffee and a restroom. The room is a bit small and generally clean, but the details are a bit lacking. Don't use the bath towels. Toothpaste is provided for free but it's shared. The bathroom doesn't look particularly clean, but the hot water in the shower comes on quickly and the water pressure is good, making for a comfortable shower. You can scan a QR code in the room to order takeout, which is quite handy. The biggest complaint is! There are no power outlets by the bed! No power outlets by the bed! They're only by the TV, which is incredibly inconvenient!!!! I can't believe it, is this 21st-century design!!!!! Also, the bathroom step is super high with several levels and it's on a slope. I completely twisted my ankle!!!!!!!!!! This design is terrible!!!!!!!!!! The soundproofing in the room isn't great, so if you're a light sleeper, don't book this place. And why do hotels in Korea love putting mirrors facing the bed...

Traveling solo to Jeju Island, I browsed many hotels and personally felt this one offered the best value for money. I was a bit worried about safety or the environment, so I read a lot of reviews, and they all seemed pretty good! I booked four nights. The hotel offers airport transfer service: for a one-night stay, you get either a pick-up or a drop-off; for two nights or more, you get both! I contacted them via WeChat in advance, and their attitude was excellent! Check-in was self-service on a machine, and it was very easy with a Chinese language option. In the lobby, there's a microwave, a coffee machine, an ice machine, and water! However, I couldn't figure out how to use the microwave, or maybe it wasn't available late at night. The room size was perfect for one person, although the bathroom felt a bit old, but it was a good size. The room was cleaned daily, and they provided two bottles of water every day! Given the great value, it's totally worth it. It felt safe, and the location is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to Dongmun Market, and another bus stop not far away for routes to the west and south. It's about a 15-minute walk to Baojian Road and the duty-free shop. There are convenience stores downstairs and across the street! If you don't have super high expectations for everything, this is genuinely a great choice! The airport is only a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

Great hotel, and check-in was super quick. It's located right in the city, so you can easily catch a bus. A KFC is a short three to four-kilometer walk away. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju Island.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff did a fantastic job with housekeeping. If we had any issues, customer service was readily available via WeChat, which made communication easy with the built-in translation. We visited in winter, and the air conditioning only had a cooling function, but there was a heating switch behind the door that worked with just one click. The price was very reasonable, and it's super close to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street. There are convenience stores all around, and the self-serve coffee on the first floor was actually better than what you'd find at most coffee shops – the beans were really good quality.
