Gloucester Hotel Jeju

The front desk service at this hotel is absolutely terrible, definitely don't stay here. I left a piece of clothing behind and called to arrange for it to be held at the front desk for me to pick up. I waited at the front desk for half an hour, and it never appeared. The front desk staff's attitude was awful.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport. A taxi ride costs just over 5,000 KRW. There are tons of great restaurants nearby. There's a 7-Eleven on the second floor and a CU across the street. It's located at one end of a commercial street; if you turn right out of the hotel, you'll find plenty of shops worth exploring. Since we were traveling with kids, and they're older now, I specifically booked a triple room. The room amenities were complete, it was on a high floor, and the service was good. Overall, it was great value for money, costing less than 2,000 for four nights during the summer.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. It was clean and convenient for getting around. There were plenty of food options nearby, and it was only a ten-minute walk to places like Baojian Road, where there's a large store for cosmetics. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Many trendy restaurants are nearby, all within walking distance. Plus, the healthcare road pedestrian street and Olive Young are in the vicinity. There's also a 7-11 on the second floor of the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's a 7-Eleven on the second floor of the building, and a bus stop right outside. You can get here from the airport on bus 600 or 601, it's just one stop away. A 24-hour pork backbone soup restaurant and Olive Young are just a few steps downstairs, and a CU convenience store is across the street. The room is clean and comfortable, and you can see the sea from the window.

Stayed in Jeju with friends, everything was great! Free parking was a plus for self-driving. The only downside was that the curtains weren't blackout, even with two layers, light still seeped through, which affected our sleep quality.

The room was cleaned immaculately every day! The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel's location is extremely convenient.
