Overall, it's pretty good. Even though it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, and the staff are quite nice. However, they could pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the toilet. When I lifted the toilet seat, I saw a hair, which was a bit off-putting. We booked a 'random room' (run-of-house).

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel . Smooth chekin , the receptionist do speak English (basic) .
The room is spacious , comfy beds, great showers, toilet with bidet.
Our room was ocean view , we can see the beautiful coastline .
Great location near. Shopping areas within walking distance, There is one convenient stores at the ground floor and a supermarket is also within walking distance .

Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the rooms are spacious and the location is super convenient, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. The cafe and convenience store downstairs are especially delicious and handy.

Booked quadruple room. Didn't expect the room to be so big! Even had a "meeting room" with tables chairs microwave kettle mini fridge. Excellent place and so well connected to shopping marts restaurants cafés. Will definitely stay again if coming to Jeju City.

Room is very big, and beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Hotel is located right by the sea, allowing for a very scenic sea view and cool breeze, and the area is peaceful and not crowded. Ample parking lots if you're renting a car. There is a convenience store in the hotel itself, and there is also two large supermarkets within walking distance. Had a pleasant stay and highly recommend staying here.
