They said their system showed the temperature was dropping and asked us to wait a bit longer. By this time, it was past 10 PM, and the kids were getting sleepy, so we just unpacked and showered. After our showers, the maintenance staff came again, worked on it for a long time, and then told us we'd have to move rooms again. I was furious! It was almost midnight, and we had to pack up again and move to a family room with bunk beds, still overlooking the pool. Finally, I proactively asked for four breakfast vouchers, and they were very polite and didn't hesitate to give them to us. At around 5 AM, I was woken up by a bird pecking at the window. I couldn't shoo it away; it would leave for a bit and then come right back. It was so annoying I just had to laugh.
