We had an enjoyable stay. They were doing renovations so there was a little noise but nothing major.

Older property but clean and very convenient to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Room was small but was fine. Beach has high tide in the evening so the sand is not fluffy but easy to walk on. You may have to move your umbrella though.

This place is in an amazing location with a beautiful view and has the ability of being a 4 star resort. All the big things are done, including comfortable bed & pillows, nice soft towels, large tv’s and decent furnishings. What I don’t understand is the lack of cleanliness in the room. Weirdly, the things that you touch all of the time, like the tables, tv stands & counters the beds & sheets were all nice and clean. However, The window sills, the air conditioner cover, the top of the vanity, the walls, the doors and baseboards were all filthy. It was such a sharp contrast & really struck me as weird. We did end up with a room change and the 2nd room was far better than the first but still had these issues. The front staff was great with the check in & accommodating our room change. With that, once they decide to tidy up these issues, I will probably no longer be able to afford to stay here. :) Overall we enjoyed our stay, the good was so good, that it outweighed the bad & I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The accommodations were adequate. Great view of the ocean. Paved sidewalk along the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff! The lady who was getting our coffee was so sweet! We got take out one night while our family was staying in one of the condos down the road and ate by the firepit. Everyone loved the ambiance of the fireplace being lit and watching the sun set. Love that they accept pets as well!

We love Jekyll & the Holiday Inn is our go to place. The front desk people are great and the housekeeping dept works hard to keep things clean. While we usually eat next door at least once or twice every visit, we were very disappointed in the restaurant beside the hotel this time & will not be going back there!

Overall a great experience. Love the atmosphere there and the ability to walk right out to the beach. This hotel has been there for a while and in some areas, it does show it's age. My only complaint is the the showers were not super clean, a little mold in the corners of the shower.

Clean, comfortable, beach front, affordable. Great family set up & really liked all the outdoor activities for kids. We had a blast! Not 5/5 stars due to the room(s) being on the older side and the lack of customer support. For example, it would have been nice to where to find breakfast/what to expect during check-in. We’re a go with flow kinda crew so it wasn’t a huge issue for us, but for anyone detail oriented may struggle with this.
