Very nice property with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and professional. Steps from the beach. Pool area is beautiful.

I stayed a full week with my entire family in 2 suites. My 2 bedroom suite had no AC for 3 nights and when it was finally “fixed,” the living room unit left a big puddle on the floor that I slipped in. We had to turn the unit off or live with the water consistently coming out and pooling on the tile. It was a mess and dangerous. The suites I booked were purposely on the first floor because of my handicapped mother, who is 83, to allow easy and quick access to the pool area. 5 out of 7 days, the pool gate remained locked, closest to our room! We’d have to go to the front desk to request it to be opened and they’d admit to either forgetting to do that gate or didn’t feel like going all the way around to unlock in the morning! Very disappointed and was never even offered any options, to help with the AC situation, or with my mother having to go around as a handicapped person who needed special accommodations. Suites were outdated as a side note and the pool area was dirty and not cleaned daily. I Do not recommend this hotel beyond location.

Great place for family! It is quite at night. It was clean. The A/C in every room worked great! The kitchen is fully stocked in case you want to use their dishes and pots and pans. Or if you forgot something. Asking for extra anything was not an issue. Staff was very friendly! And breakfast every day was delicious

After reporting an air conditioner unit not working in one of the bedrooms on the day we checked in, I was told a work order would be placed. We stayed 5 nights and NO ONE followed up on the issue and my bedroom was miserably hot for my stay! There was absolutely no sense of urgency by staff to find a resolution or an offer to move us to another room.

The rooms are very spacious, easy walk across street to beach! Bed was comfy, staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool area! Breakfast was good, really great are and place to stay with your family! We will be back next year and this will be our new place to stay.

When we arrived, our room was filthy! There was dried pee on the toilet seat, dirt in the shower, stains on the walls, no paper towels in the kitchen area, the rooms had a cigarette smoke smell like it was in the walls and air. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Where was the bacon???

I checked in late at night with a desk agent who was very cheerful and knowledgeable about the property and island. My room was well-appointed and clean. I highly recommend this location as it met my family's needs during our visit. We look forward to staying at this location on our next visit!
