This property is new, clean, well equipped with amenities, and the rooms are comfortable and functional for multiple people. The location is great, too. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and are right across from the beach. Our rooms had ocean views. We would love to stay again in the summer!

I stayed here for a business trip - my 3rd time at this hotel, actually. The rooms are nice and spacious so I like that. In the past, the hotel had FREE charging for my electric vehicle, but now you have to pay. Even though as they installed them during my last visit, I was told that hotel guests will receive a code for free charge. This is dumb. All over the island there are free chargers in public parking lots. So they are literally just being greedy to charge. There are very few people who work at this hotel who appear to like their job or ever smile. They just aren't very happy or nice. Considering I paid a higher price than the conference rate at the Westin, I'll likely just stay at the Westin next time. When I told the person at the desk that, he clearly did not care at all whether I stay in his hotel 3 times a year or not. That says a lot.

Just stayed overnight. Tv selection was not good. I thought I could get peacock on your smart tv but no. Unable to do so. Had to go to local bar to watch the game.
Only reason we stayed was because I was unable to cancel which I was upset about

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. Bathroom was dirty, sheets were dingy, pillowcases discolored. When we told the front desk about the bathroom (which had hair and dust on the toilet seat and shower) they sent someone with a rag to wipe it down. Did not do much. Friend’s room next door was about the same. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was dirty especially bathroom, shower and toilet. Bed sheets were not crisp and fresh. Kitchenette area was full of crumbs on floor. Carpet had stains.

The hotel and area are very nice and comfortable, but customer service is not a priority here. The staff are clearly nice people, but they do not seem to have been trained to provide any customer service or to even be friendly. I booked 2 queen beds and they looked me in the eye and told me I did not. Once I showed them my booking receipt on ******* they said that was to bad and they didn’t have the room. They blamed *******. I asked them for extra linens for the pullout, since I didn’t bring extra blankets and they didn’t have them. We used towels & wore extra clothes to bed. After checking in with 4 different staff people we got moved to a room with 2 queens the second night. I was just happy to get 2 beds. There were many available rooms and I found it a bit pathetic they put us right by the elevators after all that, but I didn’t have the energy to say anything and talking to this staff was very difficult. They clearly didn’t have the tools or knowledge of how to provide good service.

Our family went to Jekyll Island for the Chris**as lights. The hotel was conveniently located, spacious, and the personnel were all helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
