Clean and tidy

Nice place with a nice view. You can see that it has been heavily used, as the rooms are on the one hand completely new, but on the other hand, already destroyed. The broken shower probably couldn't withstand such heavy traffic :) There was no elevator to our room on the 1st floor and no access to the cage for strollers - with a one-year-old child it was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, I can recommend this facility, but it has its shortcomings.

Gepflegte und hübsche Anlage. Gutes Frühstück und wunderbarer Blick aus dem Appartement auf die Berge. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend und ab 20:30 Uhr hat man dort seine Ruhe, weil alle Kinder rausgeschickt werden.

A place with potential, but with numerous shortcomings that significantly spoil the comfort of your stay. First of all, there is an additional paid unguarded parking lot at the facility. Given the location of the resort, it should be included in the room price. No information about paid parking when booking by phone. In the living room, there is a non-folding sofa with an extra bed, which falls apart, significantly deteriorating the quality of sleep. Epic fail. A very noisy stove that turns on at night, making noise and disturbing sleep. The fireplace/fireplace in the room, as advertised in the offer, requires additional purchase of wood (!) - no information about this when booking. The kitchenette is very poorly equipped - contrary to the description on the website. Room cleaning and towel replacement only after the 4th day of stay (!). The bathtub in the bathroom is badly worn by time and requires renovation or replacement. The room includes a balcony with a view directly onto the windows of the buildings opposite. The information on the website that you can admire the views from the balcony is untrue, unless we are talking about the views of the children's playroom or the living room of the guests checked in opposite. A swimming pool and sauna complex with potential, but besieged by a huge number of children, there is terrible noise and chaos. A good solution worth praising is the adults-only swimming pool from 8:30 p.m. However, during our stay, the swimming pool was temporarily closed due to an alleged failure or contamination - we did not receive any compensation. However, excellent sauna sessions with essential oils are worth recommending. Some ladies at the reception were very unfriendly. Decent Italian restaurant. We won't come back again.
