Maritime Apartment is a self check in apartment located along the Karpal Singh Drive, a duplex apartment with super high ceiling and windows that offers you panorama view of Georgetown and the harbour. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds that can fit 6 adults comfortably. The living area of the apartment is a great place for getting together and drinks. Our cosy home offers the romantic ambience that a couple, family and friends need. What can be better than spending your evening here with wines and some delicious street food takeaways. We have total 10 duplex apartments with 2 rooms and different design, some with full seaview and some with partial seaview as shown in our gallery. We will assign an apartment based on the availability; therefore advance booking will be great advantage. We prefer clean and responsible guests. We have put a lot of effort for your pleasure and comfort and in return we ask for your care of our cosy home. Please note that this is an apartment stay, if you prefer something like hotel standard, please go for hotel. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTY, NO DURIAN and NO PET ALLOWED. Free WIFI and free secured indoor carpark provided. Please note that a security deposit will be required 1 day before arrival, we prefer bank transfer. You will be contacted via inbox after the reservation for the arrangement. No towels provided, please prepare your own. The Swimming Pool & Gym opens 8am - 8pm everyday, proper swimwear is compulsory. Check-in time is 3:00PM. Check out time is 11:00AM. Early checkin and late checkout are available with charges if requested in advance. Subject to availability. Late check out is available up to 1pm only.

The location is very convenient, with a beautiful sea view. There are plenty of places to eat and convenience stores downstairs. I’ll definitely come again next time.

Check in process is challenging, although instruction is given clearly, need to go up to the unit and collect the key and access card then only can access to car park for parking. Room is spacious, design is good, but it is already quite old, pillow case and bedsheet was unchanged. Downstairs room aircond not working with orange light blinking, as a result I have to shift the fan over. TV no tv channel.No towel and toothbrush provided, and worst there's no proper stand to store the toiletries at the shower area, shampoo and body shampoo were putting on the floor. Location is very good with many restaurants and cafes at ground floor. Overall I feel it not worth of the price for staying, should have put more effort to well keep the unit maintenance.

The seaview and location is fantastic, however the facilities is under maintenance... The water heater and shower head is broken... It is challenging to shower by holding the shower head...

Good location that easy to get to the town. And also they have their own parking area. My family really enjoy with the view from room.
