The stay was okay this time. The location is convenient, and it's easy to catch a taxi right outside. The kids absolutely loved the pool and barely wanted to get out! 😂 The room was clean, and the environment was pretty good too. Communication was quite convenient; we just used WeChat if we needed anything. It wasn't noisy at night, so resting wasn't an issue. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd consider coming back again.

This was our family's first trip to Penang, and we booked this hotel apartment. Overall, it was a great experience. The unit offered excellent value for money, was very clean, and fully equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Getting a taxi from downstairs was super convenient, which made getting around effortless. The kids had a fantastic time too, making it perfect for families. Penang during Chinese New Year was full of festive spirit and had a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely book here again on our next visit.

Booked this great value-for-money hotel in Penang for the Chinese New Year holidays, and my entire family absolutely loved it! 👍 The 11th floor has a free swimming pool and a basketball court, which kept the kids entertained and made it perfect for a family getaway. The room was newly renovated, clean, and tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It's also conveniently located close to all the local attractions by taxi. The hotel proactively added us on WeChat the day before check-in to provide directions, and any issues we had were promptly resolved. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 👍

Expensive, and early check-out with late check-in. You'd think they could at least store your luggage if check-in is at 3 PM, but no. You have to go to the store across the street and pay 40-50 for two bags. Unacceptable.
