Not value for money & below expectation.
This was supposed to be a short night stay with good experience. I had a very high expectation but to be honest, this condition of this house and from the experience, it only deserve 1 star or at least 2 star rating.
1. Owner requests an extra RM200 non-refundable fee before we get the keys. He said all tenants are required to pay RM 200 as a cleaning fee. We refuse to pay however owner said he can tell us where is the house key after we bank in an extra RM700 to him.Total paid RM 1500 for 1 night stay +RM200 non-refundable fee+RM500 Deposit
2. Air-conditional in a bedroom is not working and no action from the owner. We need to squeeze another 6 people into another rooms.
3. Owner said he will change for extra Facility fees if we wish to use the table in the house.
Definitely not staying there ever again.
I don't recommend this hotel for a family stay, there are better options available nearby this hotel.
