"The hotel exceeds my expectations. The room has sleek interior design and is spacious and clean. The amenities look new and well maintained by repurposing rooms in the 15th floor. The lobby and the complimentary coffee is great too! Location wise, not much going around the hotel but grab is easy and quite near to Georgetown too. It’s just that my room has a weird smell near the bathroom (probably from sanitation/sewage) because it smells the same in the toilet near the swimming pool. Not a dealbreaker because the smell is quite contained and you won’t smell it from your bed or anything but it may be the first smell that welcomes you as you enter the room as the bathroom/toilet is area is just beside the door."

"1. There are no slippers or disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. You need to bring your own. 2. The location is in the center, but it is a bit far from the airport and popular tourist attractions in the old town. However, the price is reasonable. 3. There are two parking spaces for the three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for families traveling by car. There are two parking access cards and two elevator access cards. 4. The 11th floor is a public area with vending machines. 5. There are four elevators. During peak hours, I had to wait twice. It is recommended to avoid peak hours. 6. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and the outdoor view is nice. 7. Taxis can stop at the lobby entrance, making it convenient to get in. 8. The indoor kitchen, dining room and living room are combined, with a six-seat dining table. 9. The appliances include a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave oven, washing machine (without drying function), TV, WiFi, air conditioners in each bedroom, and an electric water heater. 10. The makeup mirror has an LED lighting effect, which is nice."

"I stayed in a simple quad room during my CNY trip to Penang. The location was convenient, especially after crossing the Penang Bridge. The room was clean and basic, with no TV provided. It has a typical hostel-style setup, but it’s definitely worth the money. My family enjoyed our stay. The check-in lobby is on Level 9 under Sho Hotel, and the 24-hour counter made everything easy and convenient."

"We got the last available room in this massive tower block so not surprised that it had no view at all. Apart from that the room was huge and slept 6 in double beds with a good kitchen but the bathroom was tiny and you could hardly turn round in it! All in all for the price it was comfy and spacious and very good value. The location, although on the sea front, is not brilliant for sight seeing. Decent bar underneath it though"

"First time staying at service apartment, I don't like it very much. It looks more cumbersome than staying in a hotel. Feels like asking to live TV equipment is difficult to order. Air conditioning, dripping hall, no water service, but there are convenience stores around."

The entire apartment complex feels secure, requiring a key card for entry. Additionally, the hotel's 9th floor features a swimming pool and fitness facilities, sufficient for basic workout needs. Surrounding Facilities: There's a bus stop right across from the hotel with routes to the ferry and George Town. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket and a food night market, as well as several small eateries to grab a meal. Overall, a good experience."
