We stayed here 6 nights over the holiday the visit family. We found the room average, somewhat run down in appearance. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus.our cold breakfast was my biggest complaint. My breakfast was cold, on 2 occasions. My tea water was tepid, I gave up and ordered yogurt after that. The TV keep buffering and my husband was watching a football game. He was not happy. I doubt we will go back

We had a room in the upper level of the "barn". I was a little skeptical looking at the outside of the establishment, but was pleasantly surprised at the quaintness and cleanliness of our room. Our stay included a full breakfast at the Green Gables restaurant which is a beautiful setting.
