El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. Cerca de los lugares de interés y de las zonas de restaurantes. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Nos proporcionaron un sitio donde dejar nuestras maletas ya que llegamos antes. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de restaurantes para probar comida deliciosa y la verdad es que fue un acierto. Encontrar personas con tantas ganas de ayudar y que demuestran que les importa su trabajo es de agradecer. Sin duda, recomendaría el hotel, ¡muy buena experiencia! ¡Gracias por tratarnos tan bien! :)

This hotel is the hotel I am most satisfied with. It is very close to the surrounding attractions and you can go to many attractions within walking distance. The only slight drawback is that there is no convenience store near the hotel to buy food and daily necessities, which is not very convenient

The location is good and safe as it is behind the police station. It is also a reasonable distance from the Hanok Village and close to the market. The restaurant tastes better when you eat near the hotel palace behind the police station than inside the Hanok Village.
Overall, it was good. It was especially nice that the room was upgraded.
