Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une bel établissement d’un bon rapport qualité prix. L’accueil est très agréable, notre chambre était grande, bien tenue et dotée d’une terrasse. La restauration est saine et très digeste, d’autant plus sympathique que l’on en profite sur une belle terrasse. Enfin, l’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied. Le parking gratuit est appréciable. Une bonne adresse !

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und die Bäder sind sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute regional aufgestellte Küche, wobei das Frühstücksbuffet, meiner Meinung nach, etwas besser sein könnte. Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt, und ideal zum Entspannen und zur Erholung geeignet. Für mich war der Aufenthalt und die Interaktion mit dem Personal familiär, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. D.h. meine Frau und ich haben uns rundherum sehr wohl, willkommen und aufgehoben gefühlt. Es ist zu Fuß nicht allzu weit in die Innenstadt.

Beautiful hotel and bedroom, well kitted out, great service, nice gardens and pool, lovely breakfast (the only issue being the temperamental coffee machine!), quiet location, plenty car parking spaces, 15 mins’ walk from the centre - pretty perfect! A bonus was the complimentary water, cola and beer replenished daily, a great touch.

We loved Hotel Villa Jerez especially the staff who were all so welcoming and could not do enough to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel is slightly old fashioned but we loved this especially the emphasis on service. All facets of the hotel were very clean and we enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into Jerez which was fine for us and the route feels very safe. There are a few local restaurants if you don’t want to go in to town every evening. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at Villa Jerez

Bem localizado, com estacionamento amplo e gratuito. Os quartos são amplos, tem minibar (com água e coca cola inclusos na diária) e cofre. A cama é confortável, chuveiro ok. tem uma área externa integrada ao quarto q tem bom tamanho. Bom atendimento. Não contratamos café da manhã. O ponto negativo é o péssimo sinal de internet.

Das Positive zuerst: sehr schöne Villa, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, gratis Parkplätze, sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal. All das reicht aber nicht für ein 5-Sterne-Haus aus. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden und lieblos - viele abgepackte Produkte, kleine Auswahl, fertige Eierspeisen usw. Das Internet im Haus ist sehr schwach und funktioniert teilweise nicht. Die Korridore und der Poolbereich sind verschmutzt bzw. schlecht gereinigt. Die Badezimmer sind veraltet und die Duschköpfe total verkalkt. Das schlimmste aber ist die Lärmbelästigung durch ständig bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft - durchgängig am Tag und teilweise länger auch in der Nacht. Dieses Haus hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und verdient sicher keine 5 Sterne!!! Waren tags darauf in einem Hotel der selben Kette in Rota. Dieses war um Welten besser und weist nur 4 Sterne auf.

Kleinschalig hotel in een villa, 20 minuten loopafstand naar het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Restaurant en lounge wel ietwat gedateerd. Zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk buffetontbijt.
